Dan’s Story – Never Too Late To Lose Inches

Dan is 60 years old and has been overweight most of his adult life. However, a recent weight gain surge caused him to get motivated and take control of his weight. After only 6 weeks of training consisting of 3 resistance training sessions/week, 2-3 cardio sessions/week and diet modifications, Dan lost 6 pounds and lost inches all over his body. He lost ¾” on each arm, ½” on each calf, ½” around the shoulders, 4” around the chest, 1 ½ inches around the ribcage, 1 ½” inches around his waist, and 1” around his hips.

He did not lose any inches around his thighs because he was putting muscle on and this replaced the fat lost in this area. Dan has progressed quickly in the strength area indicating that muscle was also being added in other areas of this body as well. Dan is very encouraged by this progress and is further motivated to continue his progress and lose more body fat.

Shannon’s Story – Slimming Down By Inches

Shannon is 20 years old and noticed that when she moved out of her parent’s home, she was getting heavier and realized that her diet had changed by eating more snacks while she was alone. She didn’t like getting fat. Her thighs jiggled and she was afraid she was getting those “hangy things” on the back of her arms already.

In just four weeks, by consistently doing 3 resistance training workouts per week, doing 2-3 cardio workouts per week and by modifying her diet, Shannon lost 1” inch on her waist, 5/8” on her hips, 1” on her chest, 1 7/8” on her ribcage, 3/4” on each arm, and 1” on each calf. She did not lose any inches on her thighs because she was putting muscle on her thighs, which replaced the fat lost. Shannon did comment that her thighs were “not as jiggly anymore”. This was further proof that muscle was replacing fat on her thighs. She did not lose a significant amount of weight, but it is obvious that considerable fat loss was taking place along with some muscle mass gain.

But Shannon’s story isn’t over yet. After an additional month of training, Shannon lost the following additional inches: 1½” on her shoulders, ½” on her chest, ¾” on her ribcage, ¾” on her waist, and 1” around her hips. She also lost ¾” on each thigh. Her weight also decreased by 5 pounds!


Carrie’s Story – Inches Away In One Month


Carrie is 28 years old and was progressively gaining weight. She felt that she was 20-25 pounds overweight.
