Strategy #1 - Resistance Training - Resistance training (or weight trainng) is beneficial to your fat loss program for the following reasons:

Second, resistance training burns a lot of calories during the workout.

To capitalize on the metabolism increasing effects of resistance training, you must perform resistance training exercises. I'll coach you in the most efficient, effective and safe way to lift weights to lose body fat and shape up your body.
Strategy #2 – Cardio Exercise Program - If you’re new to exercise, the best initial cardio exercise activity is Long, Slow Distance Cardio. This will help you condition your cardiovascular system for more advanced Interval Training.
After about a month or so, we add Interval Training, which has been proven in research studies to greatly increase your fat burning capacity. Interval Training a key component to losing stubborn body fat around the waist, hips and other body parts. While Long, Slow Distance Cardio is effective in the first month or two, Interval Training will significantly accelerate your fat loss.
Because the Cardio Exercise Program is a critical component in helping to burn body fat, I'll give you specific coaching on how to perform Interval Training for maximum results.
Strategy #3 – Sensible Diet Program - Getting your diet right is at least 50% of winning the “battle of the bulge”.
